Our under 12’s have just finished there season. The playoffs included all eight teams. Our blue team played against the minor premiers Hunter which ended in a 4 – 1 loss, however this game went to extra time, this was an excellent result, and it showed the commitment of our boys.

Our white team won their semi final against a NNSW combined team. They then played the following week and lost to the NNSW SAP team. All of us at Macquarie Academy would like to pass on our congratulations to all the boys for what turned out to be a very difficult year.

Can I just say that our only aim at The Macquarie Academy is to develop players. It is a path way for players to represent NNSW. Already we have 169 nine year olds registered for the 2012 Academy. Its hard work but its working. Many of our Macquarie Players over the years have  had the oppertunity to move into the NNSW Programs and beyond.
