Hunter Valley Blue's  100 percent start to the season  came to an end this round  with a goalless draw at Speers Point. Wet conditions played their part in a game in which Hunter Valley had the better of the first half missing four good chances to take the lead.

After the break Macquarie White improved to make the game a more even contest with both sides having chances but neither managing to make the breakthrough ending in a  goalless draw.
